In spite of our best efforts with Tai Chi and Qigong, there may be times, where our bodies are excausted or developes some unbalances. Herbs from the pharmacology of Traditional Chinese Medicin (TCM) counteracts these problems.

This booklet contains a short introduction to Chinese herbal medicine, which generally strengthens the inner organs and builds up Blood and Qi. The effect of some of the over 40 dishes are really unmistakeable.
