At a sold out event at Politikens Hus in January 2007 Tai Chi-instructor Bjørn Darboe Nissen gave the participants insight into the basic elements of Tai Chi.

The evening commenced with a short speech, whereupon postures and movements from Classic Yang Style were instructed. In connection with these some of the inner aspects of Tai Chi were explained. The participants got simple but effective Tai Chi basic exercises along home, by which they could test the method and its effects.
