Da Mo Juang Qi Gong is a simple yet forceful energy exercise, widespread in the East. It consists of 12 positions by which you with a mental focus on your hands can learn to absorb Qi/Energy.
Da Mo Juang Qigong may be used in connection with Tai Chi training as well as a solo exercise. It strengthens muscles and senews, bones, inner organs (especially the kidneys) and the cover of the human body, the skin. This Qigong is also very benificial in case of back problems.
Da Mo Juang Qi Gong teaches you to expand both your inner and outher span. Through your own personal training experience you will find, that this Qigong can establish a contact to an energy too seldom harnessed. It is possible to buy a training manual in the Da Mo Juang Qigong classes.
