The Danish Working Environment Authority are one of many companies and institutions, who have used Tai Chi as both teambuilding and inspiration to a different and unique kind of body culture. The participants subsequently described their personal experiences with Tai Chi like this:
- I had a fantastic and wonderful experience. I'd been irascible the whole week and felt pressed, but during the Tai Chi class I felt how I really got my grounding back and felt harmony in the whole body. The instructor was super skilful, and communicated the Tai Chi message quite marvellous.
- It was fascinating to have the movements explained, because suddenly you could see the martial art aspects of Tai Chi. Also interesting to hear about the concepts of health that permeates Tai Chi. It didn't hurt - on the contrary it felt good. The movements was pleasant for my body, and I wanted to learn more.
- It was a good, funny and different experience. Event though it didn't look physically hard, you where well and truly aching afterwards. He was a very good instructor, it was a gorgeous experience.
