Tai Chi is very suitable as part of a conference scedule, as a module on a management course or at staff events where team-building is highligthed.

Consecutive trainingoffers contain a series of 12 classes, where a ten minute sequence is taught, which gives enhanced wellbeing, inner tranquillity and energy.

Tai Chi-instructor Bjørn Darboe Nissen has taught over 7000 staff members at Danish and international companies as well as public Danish institutions. This has taken place through his engagement in a wide range of activities such as weekly Tai Chi-classes at the companies to international events lasting several days. Events readily designed according to agreement with organizer.

Bjørn Darboe Nissen gives a vivid and profound instruction in simple, classic Tai Chi-exercises. The teaching relies on 30 years of intensiv commitment to Tai Chi as practitioner and instructor. In respect for the Tai Chi-Masters Bjørn has studied with, focus is on Classical Chinese Tai Chi Chuan.

Bjørns deep insight and years of experience in this art is gladly passed on with clarity and presence, leading to rewarding and continuous training results for the participants in his classes.
